While we received a lot of solid release dates earlier today, one key title was missing on the 2012 release schedule. That title? Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon. This comes as a surprise to me and other Nintendo fans because Nintendo had promised the title for holiday 2012.
Instead, it looks like we’ll be getting Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon in early 2013. There could be a multitude of reasons for this including the Wii U Launch, an already strong holiday handheld lineup, or my best guess, a boost to what could have been a weak early 2013.
Don’t worry Luigi, you will get to star in another game, just not this year.
