Amidst all the Wii U News, Nicalis announced that the original pixel based Cave Story would be coming to the Nintendo eShop on October 4th, 2012. The game will feature both widescreen and the original 4:3 mode, as well as support for stereoscopic 3D. A whole roster of modes will be coming as well including: Nemesis Challenge, Boss Rush, Curly Story, Hell Time Attack and Wind Fortress.
You will be able to buy this game for $9.99 on October 4th, 2012.
