Nintendo has confirmed that new courses will be available to purchase sometime in the near future. The situation is being handled much like it was with New Super Mario Bros. 2 with new content becoming available shortly after the game launches. Also, work hasn’t begun on this new content yet, though Nintendo will begin creating new content when the game releases on Sunday. Expect more news on New Super Mario Bros. U downloadable content sometime soon.
New Super Mario Bros. U will be available for purchase at retail (and on the Nintendo eShop) on November 18, 2012.
